Brooklyn Brownstone

The Brooklyn Brownstone is a project about history taking on a new form. A complete overhaul made it possible to create a space that took the place of an oak custom kitchen with a waterfall island, whose forms echo the 120-year history of the elements that remained intact.

Brooklyn Brownstone Revival

In a complete gut renovation of a 120-year-old 3-story Brooklyn brownstone, we seamlessly merged historical charm with modern sophistication. Every corner of this iconic space was reimagined, from the custom kitchen echoing original millwork to a bathroom exuding Scandinavian minimalism with oak and subway tile touches.

Beyond these, a discreet powder room boasts classic millwork and marble hexagon flooring. Our design journey honored the brownstone's legacy, delicately balancing its storied past with avant-garde technology and style.

This fusion of tradition and innovation led our project to be a proud finalist in both NYCxDesign and SBID International Design Awards.
